These Terms & Conditions govern entry into any competition run by DreamCar Giveaway Ltd ("we", "us"). By purchasing a ticket you agree to be bound by them.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of the company and their immediate family are not eligible to enter.
Tickets are sold for the price shown on each competition page, payable in USDT to the wallet address provided at checkout. A ticket is only confirmed once payment has been verified on-chain by our team.
You are responsible for sending the exact amount shown, on the correct network, to the address provided. We cannot recover funds sent incorrectly. Verification typically completes within one hour but may take longer at busy times.
Once a competition reaches its ticket limit or its published draw date, whichever comes first, a winning ticket is selected at random from all verified paid tickets for that competition.
Prizes are as described on the relevant competition page. Where stated, a cash alternative may be offered at our discretion. Delivery or collection arrangements will be agreed directly with the winner.
Ticket purchases are final once payment is verified and tickets are issued. If a payment cannot be verified, no tickets will be issued for that submission.
Where required by applicable law, a no-purchase-necessary postal entry route is available. Contact support for details.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your entry applies to that entry.
